Shipping & Handling

Once your order and payment has been processed regular orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours with the exception of Pre-Sale items. Pre-Sale  items will be fulfilled in 5-6 days. All orders are fulfilled from Tampa, Florida and deliveries are handled by the USPS (United States Postal Service). A shipment confirmation & tracking number will be emailed upon shipping. 

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. 

We currently offer standard ground shipping at  $5.95 within the United States Continental. 

We offer express at an additional rate. All express orders have to be completed by 12 Noon EST. 

There is no international shipping at this time. 

To ensure that your package is delivered properly, please make sure that your address is entered correctly. This includes all pertinent information such as: street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information if applicable. Please use the correct abbreviations. If special handling is required please note in the comment section. 

All orders placed and shipped within the State of Florida will be charged general state sales tax (6%) and potentially the county rate tax (0% to 2.5%) on your order at checkout.
